AI search readiness: being found, and quoted correctly, when a customer asks an assistant who to call.

More and more customers skip the list of ten blue links and just ask an assistant who to call. The assistant does not browse your website the way a person does. It looks for clearly labeled facts and repeats the ones it trusts. Readiness means those facts exist, agree with each other, and are easy to lift.

What readiness actually means

  • Your business labeled properly on your own site: name, phone number, hours, service area, services, prices where you publish them, and reviews
  • Every service given its own page in plain language, answering the question a customer actually asks out loud
  • The same name, address and phone number everywhere they appear, because one wrong old listing is enough to make an assistant hedge
  • Google Business Profile complete and matching the site, since that is still the record most assistants lean on
  • A site that loads fast and can be read without scripts getting in the way
  • A written before and after: what we asked the main assistants about your trade in your town, what they answered, and what changed once the labeling was in

One honest caveat. Nobody can buy a ranking inside an assistant, and anyone promising you one is guessing. What we can do is make sure that when it looks, it finds a complete and consistent answer instead of a gap.

An assistant only names one or two companies

A page of search results has room for ten businesses and a map. An assistant answering out loud names one, sometimes three. There is no second page to be on. So the question stops being where you rank and becomes whether you are the answer.

Contact us and we will run the questions a customer would ask about your trade in your town, and show you the answers you get today.
