Short version: we use what you send us to answer you and to do the work you hire us for. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. Last updated 15 August 2026.
Who we are
Max Farnon Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, based in Pompano Beach, Florida. Reach us at max@maxfarnondigital.com or (954) 953-4748.
What we collect
From the consultancy form: your first and last name, contact number, email address, the business you run, what you want AI to do in it, what is in the way today, and anything you tell us to read before the call.
From the contact form: your name, business name if you give one, phone number, email address, whether you have a website and its address, what you are looking to have done, any problems you tick, and your fleet size if you choose to say.
From a phone call to our office line: your phone number, the details you give the person or the answering service that picks up, and a recording and written summary of the call. Calls to this number are recorded so we do not lose the details of your job. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call, or email us instead.
From the free business visibility check: the business name, town and website address you type in. We keep the result against those details for a short period so a repeat check does not have to run again, and your IP address is counted to stop the tool being abused. We do not ask for, and the check does not collect, your name, email or telephone number. If you go on to request the free review, we then collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number and anything you choose to tell us, together with the check details and its result.
From our website: standard server and security logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP addresses, and basic visitor analytics (Google Analytics) telling us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they came from. That uses a cookie. We use it to see whether our marketing is working. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not set marketing cookies, and we do not use this to identify you personally.
Why we have it and what we do with it
To reply to you, to prepare for the first conversation, to quote, and to carry out the work if you become a client. If you are a client we also use it for scheduling, invoicing and support. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of established service providers to run the business, and they only handle your details in order to provide their service to us: our website host and form handler, our email and calendar provider, the platform behind our answering service, and our booking and invoicing tools. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards, because tax and accounting rules require it. Call recordings are kept for up to twelve months.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it within thirty days unless the law says we have to keep something. Email max@maxfarnondigital.com with "privacy" in the subject line. There is no charge. Any promotional email we send carries an unsubscribe link.
Security, children and changes
We use reputable providers, protect accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and keep the number of people with access to one. No system is perfect, and if something happens that affects your information we will tell you. This is a business to business service, not intended for anyone under 18. If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date at the top.
